Dr. Kristiina Visbal is a California Licensed Acupuncturist and Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine dedicated to supporting individuals and couples through every stage of their fertility journey. She combines the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine with evidence-informed, integrative care, creating personalized treatment plans using acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle medicine to support natural conception, IVF, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and overall reproductive health.

Dr. Visbal earned her Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Health and Science after completing her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Colorado Boulder. During her clinical training at UC San Diego Health, she cared for patients across fertility, labor and delivery, postpartum care, oncology, pain management, autoimmune and digestive medicine. She also completed advanced clinical training within UC San Diego Health’s SLIM Program, collaborating with physicians to develop personalized Chinese herbal medicine treatment plans for patients with hormonal imbalances, postpartum health concerns, metabolic conditions, and weight-related disorders.
